That the Officer recommendations be approved and that the Council Solicitor be authorised in consultation with the Head of Planning and Housing Services to issue an enforcement notice pursuant  to section 172 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) requiring:

 

(i)  The cessation of the sale of goods on the site which are not permitted under Condition 06 of planning permission ref. 00/00400/OUT together with the removal of those unathorised goods from the site; and

(ii) The cessation of the sale of goods on the site which are not permitted under Condition 06 of planning permission ref. 02/00880/FUL together with the removal of those unathorised goods from the site.
