Contrary to Ryedale Plan – Local Plan Strategy, Policy SP3 – Affordable Housing – Scheme considered by Members to exceed proven local need.

In accordance with the Members’ Code of Conduct Councillors Mrs Goodrick and Mrs Sanderson declared a personal non pecuniary but not prejudicial interest.
