Minutes of the last meeting of Parish Liaison held on 19 September 2018. Resolved with the addition of Cllr Jowitt to the attendance list.

An update was given by Beckie Bennett, Delivery and Frontline Services Lead, RDC.

Beckie explained the delays to implementing the changes to the recycling and waste collection rounds. This is due to issues with the new vehicles, resources and learning new technology. There has been a successful recruitment of staff who will be in post in January. We will write to all properties effected by the changes. Beckie reminded representatives that the recycling mini centres offered more recycling options for anyone that wanted to recycle more.

An Environment Group has been formed across the five Towns. A meeting is planned for 22 January at Norton Town Council.
