The Chairman welcomed representatives to the meeting and appropriate introductions were made.

Representatives were given a survey. Alex asked that the consultation was completed and handed back before the Christmas break.

The campaign was launched in September. Representatives were given posters to display in Parish noticeboards.

An update was given by Angela Jones, Customer Service Lead, Ryedale District Council.

The Community Team was working well, encouraging feedback was received. The majority of Parishes had seen their Community Team representative.  

Two questions had been received prior to the meeting. Both were answered at the meeting.

Representatives expressed concern regarding the Kirkbymisperton fracking site security officers and their behaviour towards walkers in and around Habton.

A representative informed the meeting that NYCC had a dedicated officer at County Hall for fracking related issues. The officer to contact is Vicky Perkins.

There was no other business.

The meeting closed at 8:40pm.

The Parish Liaison Committee Meetings are now included in the Timetable of Meetings for the Council. This has not yet been finalised and the date of the next meeting will be notified as soon as the new timetable has been agreed.
