The Head of Planning updated Members on the enforcement action taken against the owner of Land at Scackleton Lane Scackleton, and were advised of the successful conviction of the Owner in the Magistrates Court for breach of a planning enforcement notice. Members agreed unanimously to further enforcement action to clear the site in compliance with the Enforcement Notice.
