Exempt information To consider a resolution to exclude the press and public from the meeting during consideration of the following item 21 (Malton Station Redevelopment – Levelling Up Fund Application) as provided by paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972, as the information relates to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information). The public interest test has been considered and, in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption is considered to outweigh the public interest in disclosing the information. |
