The above minutes were approved and adopted by Council subject to Min No 214 (Boiler Replacement Programme & Energy Efficiency Improvements) being amended by the deletion in part (a) of the preamble of the word ‘biomass’ and the substitution of the word ‘woodchip’.

At the last meeting of Council held on 6 November 2008 the Chairman reported receipt of a petition received in response to the Council’s decision not to provide free swimming for the under 16s.
