PDF 52 KB Minutes: The minutes of the last meeting of the Ryedale Strategic Partnership held on 27 February 2013 were presented. Resolved That the minutes of the meeting of the Ryedale Strategic Partnership held on 27 February 2013 be approved and signed by the Chairman as a correct record.

458.	Community Engagement (Ryedale District Council) verbal report Minutes: Gail Cook gave a presentation on Community Engagement.
459.	Community Transport (Ryedale Community Transport) verbal report Minutes: Jos Holmes gave a presentation on behalf of Steve Mellalieu from Ryedale Community Transport. Cllr Val Arnold enquired as to whether the Ring and Ride and Car Service would be rolled out to the northern areas of Ryedale. ACTION: Jos Holmes to find out and report back to Cllr Val Arnold.
460.	Healthy Weight (NHS Scarborough and Ryedale Clinical Commissioning Group) verbal report Minutes: Sally Brown gave a presentation on Healthy Weight, which was circulated at the meeting.
461.	High Speed Broadband (Ryedale District Council and Moorsweb) verbal report Minutes: Barry Sunley gave a presentation on Moorsweb which was circulated at the meeting. ACTION: Jos Holmes to send electronic version of the presentation to RDC Councillors.
462.	Community Safety - Safer Ryedale Local Delivery Group Plan 2014 - 2017 Supporting documents: Partnership Plan 2014 2015 , item 462. PDF 9 MB Minutes: Inspector Everitt gave a presentation of the report which was circulated at the meeting. Members noted the contents of the presentation.
463.	Community Safety Structures in North Yorkshire Supporting documents: Community Safety Structures report , item 463. PDF 82 KB Community Safety Annex A , item 463. PDF 562 KB Community Safety Annex B , item 463. PDF 47 KB Minutes: Neil Irving proposed an amendment to 4.1 (iii) to read ‘ That the Ryedale Strategic Partnership be dissolved subject to the North Yorkshire Community Safety Partnership being informed. On being put to the vote the amendment was agreed. Janet Waggott proposed the recommendation 4.1 seconded by Cllr Linda Cowling. Resolved (i)The merger of the Ryedale CSP with 6 North Yorkshire CSPs to create the North Yorkshire Community Safety Partnership.(NYCSP) (ii) That the Ryedale CSP Delivery Team, ‘Safer Ryedale’, becomes the Local Delivery Team for the NYCSP. (iii) That the Ryedale Strategic Partnership be dissolved subject to the North Yorkshire Community Safety Partnership being formed.
464.	Any Other Business Minutes: Janet Waggott thanked Cllr Clare Wood on behalf of the Ryedale Strategic Partnership for her hard work as Chairman over the last 12 years.
