374. Hackney Carriage Drivers LicenceAppeal
The Taxi Licensing Officer submitted a report (previouslycirculated) the purpose of which was to notify Members that anappeal had been received from an applicant whose application hadbeen refused by the Taxi Licensing Officer, for a Hackney CarriageDriver Licence. Details of the circumstances were outlined in thereport.
The appellant failed to attend the meeting, therefore theappeal was considered in his absence.
