2. Minutes of a Special Meeting of the Policy &Resources Committee held on 7 June 2007 and the Minutes of an OrdinaryMeeting held on 28 June 2007.
At the last meeting of Council held on 12 July 2007 the aboveminutes were approved and adopted subject to the followingamendments:
(a) That Minute No. 104 (Ombudsman’s Report) be amended by theaddition to the resolved portion of part (c) That the CommunityServices & Licensing Committee consider using a Defra approvedinspector (Vet) to carry out the Annual Inspection.
(b) That the recommendation in Minute No. RWP.14 (Coal YardSite, Pickering) be not endorsed and that the Council’s bid for theformer Coal Yard Site, Pickering be not withdrawn.
3. Urgent Business
To receive notice of any urgent business which the Chairmanconsiders should be dealt with at the meeting as a matter ofurgency by virtue of Section 100B(4)(b) of the Local Government Act1972.
4. Declarations of Interest
Members to indicate whether they will be declaring anyinterests under the Code of Conduct.
Members making a declaration of interest at a meeting of aCommittee or Council are required to disclose the existence andnature of that interest. This requirement is not discharged bymerely declaring a personal interest without furtherexplanation.
