In accordance with the Members Code of Conduct Councillors Cleary and Hope declared a personal, non-pecuniary but not prejudicial interest.

19/00757/FUL – Land off Edenhouse Road Old Malton

In accordance with the Members Code of Conduct Councillor P Andrews declared a personal, non-pecuniary but not prejudicial interest.

The report is exempt under paragraph 7 of Part I to Schedule 12(A) of the Local Government Act 1972 as amended. The report is exempt as it is outlining action to be taken in connection with prevention, investigation or prosecution of a crime.

Resolved: That the Press and Public be excluded from the meeting for the next following item (item 10) – Enforcement Report of the Head Of Planning and Regulatory Services – on the grounds that consideration of the report is likely to result in the disclosure of exempt information under paragraph(s) 7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.
