Declarations of Interest Minutes: Cllr Steve Arnold declared a personal, non pecuniary but not prejudicial interest in the Royal Forestry Society, Cllr Di Keal declared a personal, non pecuniary but not prejudicial interest in Live Music Now, Cllr John Clark declared a personal, non pecuniary but not prejudicial interest as a North Yorkshire County Councillor.
15.	Applications for Community Grants View the reasons why item 15. is restricted Minutes: The Community Grants Working Party unanimously recommended these projects and awards to the Policy and Resources Committee.
